  5. Capsicum (chopped) - 1 cup
  6. Garlic (chopped) - 3-4
  7. Soy Sauce - 2 Tbsp
  8. Green Chili Sauce - 1 Tbsp
  9. Tomato Ketchup - 1/2 tbsp
  10. Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
  12. Salt - as per taste
  13. Oil - As per need


Veg Chowmein Recipe in 5 minutes at home - Method

  1. To make it, you first boil the chowmein by adding water, salt, and 2 teaspoons of oil in a vessel on medium heat.
  2. In the meantime, heat oil in a pan on medium flame on the other side, add garlic to it and fry it lightly.
  3. After this, add onion, carrot and capsicum and cook it lightly. - After roasting the onion, mix soy sauce, green chili sauce and tomato ketchup in it.
  4. Now add black pepper powder, sugar and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Separate the chowmein from the water, add it to the spices and mix and cook for 2 minutes.
